Footsteps

How great to live your life with the qualities of those we lost. Take pieces of their heart and walk each day with it.

  1. It makes me so uncomfortable when someone is obviously trying to “cheer me up.” This puts the feeling in context.
It cannot be fixed, only embraced. Now, I feel excruciating pain most of the time with sweet memories sprinkled in. I hope that with time, we both can feel more sweet memories and less pain.
I continue to feel that Wil and Billy are together. I know that they are both happy and finally have peace, and I know they want the same for us. It isn’t so easy for us because we have yet to see what they already have.
    Love you, Karen!
